How to Mold for a Perfect Fit
- Place the mouthpiece in hot water (70–80°C) for 20 seconds.
- Insert into your mouth and bite gently, holding for 2 minutes.
- Place in cold water for 3 minutes to set the shape.
- Can only be molded once—adjustments cannot be repeated.
