Water Pro Thailand offers both domestic and international shipping services. International shipping covers multiple countries and regions.

  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.

  1. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Here are the estimated shipping times for our standard methods:

  • Domestic Shipping within Thailand:

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or logistics delays.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Domestic Shipping within Thailand: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount, shipping location, and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and size. For specific costs, please use the Online Chat service on our website.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.

  1. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipping costs due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

We will do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered safely. If you find that the product is damaged or the order is lost upon receipt, please contact our customer service team immediately at waterpro.asok@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it for you.

  1. Customs Duties and Other Fees
  • Domestic Shipping within Thailand: No import duties or customs fees are required.
  • International Shipping: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or other fees, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authority. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

Water Pro Thailand มีบริการจัดส่งทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศครอบคลุมหลายประเทศและภูมิภาค

5. การติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ
